Is it the same where you live?
Boxing day and swarms of people are swarming into the
malls and shopping centers to pick up the ‘Boxing Day Specials’
The TV screams ’50% off – Boxing Day Only’
And they’re willing to endure the crowds, the ill tempered
shop assistants, the rude shoppers, the rush, the accidents in
the car parks, their Credit Cards taking another huge hit, to
‘save’ a few dollars!
My mentor, Jim Rohn, once said to HIS mentor “Every thing’s so
expensive now!”
To be told by “No Jim, they’re not expensive, you just can’t
afford them”
Think about that for a moment.
Why do people rush out on Boxing day to grab these, so called,
specials?
Because they can’t afford them at the full price they will pay
be for the rest of the year!
I used to rush around in winter turning the thermostats in my
home down, saying “Higher is just a waste of money”
Truth was, I just couldn’t afford the bill.
A ‘save’ mentality, not a ‘earn more’ more mentality.
And as I sit here a few year later, very relaxed, sipping a great PinotNoir, I thought of you and that, maybe, I could offer you a gift
beyond any price – the ability to never have to struggle through
the crowds to grab the specials, never to have to turn
your families thermostats down.
Instead the vehicle, and the motivation to say “Damn It! I will
NEVER let others dictate my income and my future. I will take it
onto my own hands and succeed in my own business in association
with the 12SecondCommute.
